Our Trips

(UNFORTUNATELY NOT SEEING OUR COMENIUS FRIENDS THERE )

Right with the start of this school year 2014/15 our students travelled to several foreign countries – England, France, Spain and Germany. As the subtitle states, being in Spain and Germany would have been much more fascinating if we´d met our Comenius friends. Nevertheless, the programme in all the countries was filled with amazing places to see and interesting activities to do.

As for Germany, our students visit it every year, and the German students then come and stay in Slovak families. This is organized in terms of our Exchange programme which we have had for about ten years.

Our Spanish and English teachers also find it very motivating to provide the students with a rich cultural experience and give them a chance to practise the language with native speakers. In September we visited Great Britain (London, Bath, Stratford upon Avon, Stonehenge...) and France (Paris, Versailles..) and in October “the Spanish department“ spent a week in Barcelona.

All the places we've visited were amazing! We were all having a great time and lots of fun.
